A quick note on troubleshooting a HD monitor flickering problem in Windows

This past weekend I purchased a new 25″ HD (1,920 x 1,080 = 1080p) HDTV monitor. I connected it to a Windows XP machine, but the same would apply in Vista or Windows 7 in all likelihood. The monitor I purchased was an I-Inc iH252, but this post may apply to many other monitors. If you are suffering from a flickering HD monitor, I post this information in the hope that it may be able to save you some time and headaches…
