The Consumerist is killing it today with holiday gift giving info. First up is a post on a study conducted by the Association for Consumer Research, a clearinghouse for information on consumer behavior. The ACR study asked 250 women to imagine how they’d feel if they received one of two gifts, a nice spa basket or a donation in their names to Oxfam International, a humanitarian NGO that aids the impoverished in the U.S. and abroad.
