I’ll admit, I don’t really do anything to celebrate Easter except eat awesome food with the fam, but that doesn’t mean I pass at the opportunity to put together a fun centerpiece with flowers to brighten up the table, too. Have you ever seen a 21,527-square-foot rug? No? Well, look to your left, folks. There’s one right there. And here’s the really delightful part: That rug wasn’t woven with a loom the size of a low-rise office building and it isn’t made of wool. It’s actually 21,527-square-feet of flowers — begonias, to be exact. Yes, every other August, one of these fragrant flower carpets is rolled out at the stately Grand Palace square in Brussels, Belgium.
