Invention – the amazing electronic credit card

by |

This isn’t a “smart card”. This is more like a computer shaped like a credit card, but as thin and light and flexible as a normal plastic credit card. It has a magnetic stripe, but the strip is programmable on the fly, so a single electronic credit card can take the place or several physical credit cards. It is amazing that they have fit all this into such a small container:

The name of the company is Dynamics.

What would be better than this? It might be better to embed credit cards into a cell phone as is happening in Japan:

- Can you use a cell phone as a credit card?

- Paying by cell phone on the way

The advantage of the electronic card shown above is that it is compatible with all of the existing mag stripe readers.
