Concrete is porous and absorbs oil to some extent, so it isn’t always easy to get rid of stains. But the basic idea is to use something that can break up the grease in an attempt to get the concrete to release most of it. Here is one way to solve the problem using a pressure washer:
If you just have one spot and don’t want to go to all that trouble, you can try kitty litter:
Or normal dish soap:

Or go to an auto parts store and ask them for a garage degreaser like Oil Lift:
