From time to time during the course of our jobs we get hooked up with some kind of noteworthy person that we have a chance to speak to. Sometimes it’s research, sometimes it’s because the job can facilitate it and we find it interesting, and sometimes it’s pure folly on our part. I’ll admit that interviewing Ian Spector, inventor of the Chuck Norris Internet meme, was all about the fact that we could get that guy on the horn.

This week we were met with a chance to speak with motivational speaker, author and sometimes movie and TV actor Tony Robbins.

As I look at my task bar, I notice that I have 120 Firefox Windows open. I use Firefox a lot, in other words, and to date Firefox has not really had any features to help people like me. Now there is a new feature called Tab Candy coming down the pipe. It should make things a lot better in the near future for people who do a lot of browsing

Today I am reporting on my thirteenth week (days 88 through 95) on the Dukan diet. This week was nearly perfect – I got my head on straight, stopped with the carb transgressions and lost 3.2 pounds in seven days. It is one of my best weeks ever while on the Dukan diet, and felt very good after gaining weight last week. Here’s how the week unfolded…
