There is a good possibility that the new “world’s smallest horse” was born last week (the current title holder is Thumbelina). The new contender’s name is Einstein:

No one will know for certain until Einstein grows up. But the fact that he weighed 6 pounds at birth, while Thumbelina weighed 9, is fueling speculation.
