So, having given eHarmony the benefit of the doubt at every turn… only 1/30th of the “20 million users” they advertise is someone you can actually talk to.
750,000 people is still a lot of people, but you have to chew through a huge number of dead accounts (29 out of 30) to find the live accounts, and the whole process can be really frustrating.
