World Record #132 – The world’s largest rocket explosion killed thousands

Most countries launch their rockets in remote areas. China, on the other hand, has been known to launch in densely populated areas. Unfortunately, if something goes wrong there can be a huge explosion. The videos below depict what was, apparently, the most deadly rocket explosion in history. The rocket is a Long March rocket and it was carrying a U.S. Intelsat 708 satellite:
