The Strongest Brakes You’ll Ever See — on a Mini Cooper

I know that we typically spend a lot of time talking about some of the more popular forms of racing, like Formula One, IndyCar and NASCAR. However, today I want to share with you a very short video clip from a Gymkhana race. And no, I’m not talking about professional driver Ken Block this time, but rather a highly skilled amateur with a particularly well-prepared race car.

I won’t keep you in suspense any longer. Just be sure to watch the incredible car control and don’t forget to watch for the big finish — it’s definitely worth waiting for! Anyway, here’s the clip:

Isn’t it impressive what a talented driver can do in such a small area with an extremely quick and nimble car? Can you imagine how long it must take to learn a complex race course like that? He didn’t knock over a single cone. And what about that amazing finish? That was awesome!
