To prevent a heart attack, diet and exercise are the best tools available. The “Standard American Diet” is a killer. The video recommends either of two dietary extremes as an alternative: 1) a low-fat vegetarian diet, or 2) the low-carb diet (aka Atkins). And the Mediterranean diet, which is higher in fat and lower in carbs than the “Standard American Diet”, also works.
