If you would like to learn more about the stars, here is a piece of free software that will help:
Stellarium is a free open source planetarium for your computer. It shows a realistic sky in 3D, just like what you see with the naked eye, binoculars or a telescope.
If nothing else, you can use it to see what is in the sky over your home tonight. Here’s what it looks like:
