The idea for this motor first appeared to the Steorn forum, posted by a member named “overconfident”. That is where the “OC” in the name comes from. PMM stands for “Permanent Magnet Motor”.
Of course the video is poorly lit, etc. It will turn out that this is another hoax. See also:
